I reworked the New Ad page and changed the format for advertisements to higher quality
and smaller disk size. The next Tipp tournament is 2012-05-26.

2012-02-12 - A week away from the next 8-Ball tournament at the
Tipp. I've done alot of work developing an advertising module. Learning as I go.
The main pages which TournamentManager.Net uses to display and execute a tournament
or display advertisement stats require the HTML5 canvas element which is supported
by most modern browsers.
Unfortunately this browser does not support the canvas element.
